thaiThis recipe was inspired by the Thai Cowboy Ribeye recipe I prepare in Beringer’s Great Steak Challenge back in 2010.  It’s a combination of flavors that include sweet, spicy, sour and salty. Fresh ingredients common in Thai cooking along with fresh blueberries take classic barbecue sauce to a whole new level.
